ETK, LTD COMPANY

At the end of 2010 the ETK company was recognized by the winner of competition, the software announced by UniCredit Bank (Kyrgyzstan) on delivery for automation of network of payment terminals in the Republic Kyrgyzstan. A system for automation of payment acceptance of ETK.PAY was recognized by the best solution of this business challenge of bank. At the initial stage the bank will install 100 terminals in the departments and places of high passability, such as shopping centers, stations, shops, etc., in the largest cities of the republic.

Licenses of FSB

Licenses of FSB for implementation of the following types of activity are obtained:

• development, production of the cryptographic (cryptographic) tools protected using cryptographic (cryptographic) tools of information and telecommunication systems;
• maintenance of cryptographic (cryptographic) tools;
• distribution of cryptographic (cryptographic) tools;
• provision of services in the field of enciphering of information.

The ETK company will organize interaction with the systems of remote banking or other automation systems of participating banks of Uniform Contact Point service, without participating in transactions with personal data. At all this the highest degree of information security should be provided to participants of Uniform Contact Point service. Existence of these licenses allows to create the entrusted zones between each participant of Uniform Contact Point service and a program and technology core of service.

For ensuring interaction between participants of service, "ETK" organizes the virtual private networks protected by the modern cryptographic algorithms certified by FSB and FSTEC of the Russian Federation. With obtaining the corresponding license ETK LLC has the right to generate and provide to participants certificates of the electronic digital signature.

Licenses are valid till April 13, 2016.

ETK is included in Network of trust of the Federal Tax Service

In the status of the Entrusted operator of electronic document management the ETK company will provide to corporate clients of banks the protected and legally significant electronic exchange of invoices and other documents. The ETK company entering into BSS Group holds events for obtaining the status of the operator of electronic document management, the ID and the Passport about accession to Network of the entrusted operators of electronic document management of FTS is got.

The ETK company as the operator of KSKB services will provide to corporate clients of banks the protected and legally significant electronic exchange of documents. The identifier "2JE" registered in FTS will be appropriated to all electronic invoices transferred using KSKB services.

Let's remind that KSKB provides to banks a possibility of providing additional, most popular services to the corporate clients by means of the RBS systems:

• "Electronic accounting";
• "Electronic submission of reports";
• "Electronic document management".

The complex is intended for clients of the banks representing small and medium business. Services are "cloud" and can be connected by the client independently via the RBS interface.

For connection the client fills out the electronic application blank, and after confirmation of the request, without leaving the protected circuit of bank, has an opportunity to use the selected services.
