2021: Joining UMMC-Medicine to Sogaz-Med

The total number of insured by the Yekaterinburg branch of Sogaz-Med after merging with UMMC-Medicine exceeded 1.4 million people. The company "UMMK-Medicine" has been operating on the market since 1999. It deals with compulsory and voluntary health insurance. According to UMMC-Medicine's own data, among the medical insurers of the Sverdlovsk region, by 2021 the company ranks second in terms of the number of insured under compulsory medical insurance (over 660 thousand people) and second in terms of the volume of collected insurance premiums in compulsory medical insurance (more than 300 million rubles).[1]

In early October 2021, it became known that Sogaz-Med bought 10% of the insurance company UMMK Medicine-.
