In the region of Central Asia national Services of response to computer incidents are open in Kazakhstan (2011) and Uzbekistan (2013). In both cases the state acted as the initiator of their creation. Under the CERT-UZ brand in Uzbekistan the Department of technical security in structure of the state unitary Center UZINFOCOM created in 2002 and subordinated to the Ministry of information technology development and communications works. In Kazakhstan national CERT works at the Public technical service submitting to the Ministry of information and communications[1].
