2025: Agroholding "Komos Group" became the owner of the Ufa Dairy Plant and invests 5 billion rubles in it
The Ufa Dairy Plant became part of the Komos Group agricultural holding, becoming part of the milk processing sub-holding - Milkom JSC. This was announced in December 2025 by the press service of the enterprise. This is the seventh milk processing enterprise of the holding. According to Andrey Shutov, managing shareholder of Komos Group, the agroholding plans to modernize its capacities and increase the volume of processing of raw milk at the Ufa Dairy Plant to 500 tons per day by 2030 thanks to the investment program. For this purpose, funding is provided in the amount of approximately 5 billion rubles.[1]
