Branches are a part of JSC Ukrtransneft: "Trunk oil pipelines "Friendship", "Dnieper Trunk Oil Pipelines" and "Southern Trunk Oil Pipelines". A founder and the only shareholder of Society is the National joint stock company "Naftogaz Ukrainy".
