JSC Agregat is the city-forming enterprise of the city of Sim of Chelyabinsk region. More than 70 years is an integral part of the Russian space complex and one of leaders of an aviation agregatostroyeniye. The main share of production is made by products of aerotechnical appointment: units of the hydraulic and pneumatic systems which are used as a part of the majority of the aircraft released in Russia and also the difficult fuel regulating equipment. Also the enterprise produces the hydraulic rescue tool used in structures of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, housing and public utilities and other spheres of life support and industrial hydraulics to cars and the special equipment in lots.

History

The history of JSC Agregat began in 1759 when in. Sim under the decree of the Empress Elizabeth was constructed the ironworks plant. In 1761 the first iron was received; in 1780 – the first cast iron cast in a blast furnace; in 1893 martin steel production began; since 1910 – the plant was engaged in production of the agricultural equipment. In 1941 in. Sim two Moscow modular plants were evacuated, and since 1941 the enterprise is engaged in production of aerotechnical appointment. In 1976 the staff of the plant was awarded the order by the order of Presidium of the Supreme Council of the USSR of December 23 the Labour Red Banner. For the last ten years the enterprise develops production of units for the latest Russian airplanes: YAK-130, Be-200, Tu-204, Il-96-400. These are hydraulic units and units of the oil system of engines and also units of the fuel regulating automatic equipment used in different modifications of airplanes of the SU family on which the AL-31F engine and its modifications is installed.

2013: Products delivered to JSC Agregat to the enterprises of the aviation industry did not conform to the set requirements and had the expired storage lives

in November, 2013 the First deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on Industry Vladimir Gutenev and the deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on security and anti-corruption Alexander Khinshtein sent deputy inquiries to heads of four departments at once: Federal Defense Order Service, State Office of Public Prosecutor of the Russian Federation, Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation and Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation. Deputies demanded acceptance of immediate response measures concerning activity of the Samara enterprise "Agregat" in which relation in July, 2013 criminal case upon illegal storage and sale of components by workers for the aircraft equipment was brought.

As the Prosecutor of the Samara region, the state councilor of justice noted in the letter 2 classes Murat Kabaloyev, by check of MU of Rosoboronzakaz on PRFO it was established that "products delivered to JSC Agregat to the enterprises of the aviation industry did not conform to the set requirements as it was purchased at third parties, had the expired storage lives, it was recovered using own production base and, in defiance of the existing contractual relations (in lack of awareness on it the enterprises of the aviation industry), was implemented as actually made products with new technology passports to the enterprises of the aviation industry, including within GOZ".

Deputies emphasized that use of products which are not conforming to security requirements in such spheres of critical infrastructure as aircraft, space, nuclear power, can lead to death of people and to extensive material damage. "Even if for today from the manufacturing enterprises claims about failure of the aircraft equipment because of defects of the products made on Unit, a part with the expired storage lives and service life did not arrive, used at the enterprise and delivered as new can refuse at any time. It is necessary to exclude a possibility of recovery of the rejected parts and their implementation under the guise of actually made products with new technology passports", - Gutenev noticed.
