United House Building Corporation (ODSK Group of Companies)

The United House-Building Corporation Group of Companies (ODSK Group of Companies) is a vertically integrated holding; a full-cycle enterprise uniting a design institute, construction, industrial and transport organizations, as well as a construction laboratory and a housing and operational company. As of December 2025, the corporation is the largest developer of housing and commercial real estate in several regions of the Central Federal District of the Russian Federation. For five years, the volume of housing construction of the ODSK Group of Companies in the Oryol and Lipetsk regions amounted to about 600 thousand m2.
