2025: Discovery

Mosgosstroynadzor issued permission to commission the Upside Kuntsevo office building on Rublevskoye Shosse in Moscow. The volume of investments in the project amounted to 4 billion rubles

The business center consists of two buildings - seven and nine floors high - with a total area of ​ ​ over 36.4 thousand square meters. m According to the press service of Upside Development, the buildings are connected by a central lobby with an atrium. Inside there are free-plan office premises designed for almost 3.5 thousand people.

More than 2.4 thousand square meters have been allocated for commercial infrastructure on the ground floor of the business center. m. It is planned to open restaurants, shops, beauty salons, a hypermarket and a pharmacy. Commercial areas will provide service to employees without having to leave the building.

Parking is located on two underground levels. Underground parking provides protection for cars from weather conditions. A two-level structure optimizes the use of underground space.

The building has energy-saving engineering systems for maintaining microclimate, heat recovery, LED lighting with sensors. Plenum-exhaust ventilation and air filtration are installed. Panoramic glazing and anti-aircraft lantern provide natural light and reduce energy consumption during operation.

Outside, the business center is lined with glass composite, a strong material used in shipbuilding. Modular elements are integrated into the rack-and-ridge system to provide soft geometry of spiral-shaped facades. The use of shipbuilding materials increases the durability of the lining.

Improvement has been carried out on the adjacent territory. The lawn was laid, shrubs were planted, paths and places for rest with benches were organized. Landscaping creates a comfortable environment for employees in between jobs.^[1]
