Ural clinical medical and rehabilitation center (VIT)

The Ural clinical medical and rehabilitation center (VIT) - result of public-private partnership between VIT Hospital LLC and the Government of Sverdlovsk region.

History

Construction of the center is begun in February, 2012. The project is implemented in 2 stages:

• construction and start-up of the first stage:
  • 6 body of medical appointment (diagnostic complex, operational block, the first intensive care unit,
  • 2 hospitals (for the patients going through the first and second stage of rehabilitation), the first department rehabilitation - a procedural complex);
  • apartments for medical personnel;
  • power unit.

The area of a medical part - 30.5 thousand ^sq.m. Total area of constructions of the first stage of 38.6 ^sq.m. Start-up of the first stage of construction is planned for June-July, 2014.

• construction and start-up of the second queue:
  • the second rehabilitation and procedural complex;
  • additional apartments for employees;
  • cafe;
  • an additional hospital for the second stage of rehabilitation on 126 places;
  • hotel on 500-550 numbers for the patients having diagnostics, preoperative training, conservative treatment and the third stage of rehabilitation.

The total area of constructions of this queue is 33.9 ^sq.m. Start-up of the second queue is planned for 2015.
