Ust-Luzhsky Project Engineering Company (ULPEC)

Today it, in particular, is a general contractor of works on design and construction of the second stage "The Baltic Pipeline System — 2" (BTS-2) on route Unecha (Bryansk region) — Ust-Luga (Leningrad Region). This project, the decision on which implementation was made by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation in November of the 2008th, assumes creation of the transport system capacity to 50 million t of oil a year. It consists of two stages, according to two start-up complexes providing construction, first of which, with capacity to 30 million t of oil a year, should be put into operation in the III quarter of the 2012th. When entering the second start-up complex capacity will be brought to the planned 50 million t of oil a year.
