VestMedGroup is a developer of comprehensive medical gas supply systems and ward equipment for patients' life support, including wall and ceiling consoles, compressor and vacuum stations, modern hospital beds, innovative transport insulators, as well as devices for controlling medical gases. The company produces products under the Caduceus brand ("Caduceus"). VestMedGroup is a resident of the Dubna Special Economic Zone (SEZ) (by February 2021).

2021: Investing 809 million rubles in the production of medical equipment in the Dubna SEZ

At the end of February 2021, VestMedGroup announced the investment of 809 million rubles in the production of medical equipment in the Dubna SEZ, with which the company entered into an additional agreement for technical implementation activities.

Prior to this project, VestMedGroup LLC has already invested more than 485 million rubles in the SEZ and has created more than 80 jobs. As part of the additional agreement, it is envisaged to expand the area of ​ ​ facilities planned for construction from 5 thousand square meters to 10 thousand square meters, said the Minister of Investment, Industry and Science of the Moscow Region Ekaterina Zinovieva, whose words are quoted by the press service of Dubna.

In addition to increasing investments by 809 million rubles, VestMedGroup intends to create another 120 jobs^[1]

2020: Increase the volume of investments in the production of integrated systems under the Caduceus brand by 3 times

In August 2020, VestMedGroup announced its intention to increase the volume of investments in the production of integrated systems under the Caduceus brand by three times - from 103.5 to 334.4 million rubles. At the same time, the deadline for commissioning the plant was postponed to June 2022. Then it was planned that the area of ​ ​ production enterprises will increase from 1.23 thousand to 5 thousand square meters. m, and production will reach 3.6 thousand units per year.

In December 2020, the company announced that the Caduceus ceiling console for health care institutions successfully passed the state registration procedure as a medical product.
