2022: Joining Hamilton Apps

HamiltonApps - a cloud product developer and a leading provider of applications for online travel management and advance reporting became part of the Vipservice holding, which announced this on May 13, 2022. More details here.

2021: Creating a Data Center

On January 12, 2021, the Russian consolidator in the field of passenger transportation and a player in the business travel market, Vipservice Holding announced the launch of a large-scale project under which a strategy for moving to a data-driven enterprise will be developed and implemented. The pilot platform for launching and developing the strategy will be the corporate business of the holding. For these purposes, a single data management center will be created, headed by Galina Polishchuk, who previously held the position of Deputy General Director for Customer Relations and Business Development of Continent Express JSC.

The actual data management service in the holding has been operating for three years. With its introduction, we felt the "taste" and benefit of well-organized data for making effective management decisions. We want to put data at the service of our customers, choosing different approaches to doing business and creating solutions that distinguish us from competitors. This appointment logically fits into the development of my individual career. I consciously chose the transition from the top manager responsible for the development of client relations to the top manager transforming these relations using organized data. I believe that the Vipservice holding and I coincided in the main thing - the desire to get joint experience in the transition from the traditional model of organizing business processes to the architecture of an enterprise controlled by data (data-driven).

2014

2008

In 2008, the online travel agency Biletix was launched, which is one of the three major Internet portals for booking and selling tickets of the Russian runet.

Since 2007, the Holding has been developing its own hotel business. These services are provided in 6 offices in Moscow, as well as in regional missions.
