History

2022: Joining Hamilton Apps

HamiltonApps, a cloud developer and leading provider of applications for online travel and advance reporting management, became part of the Wipservice holding, which announced this on May 13, 2022. Read more here.

2021: Creating a Data Center

On January 12, 2021, the Russian consolidator in the field of passenger transportation and a player in the business travel organization market, Wipservice Holding, announced the start of a large-scale project, within the framework of which a strategy for the transition to a data-driven enterprise will be developed and implemented. The corporate business of the holding will become a pilot platform for launching and developing the strategy. For these purposes, a single data management center will be created, headed by Galina Polishchuk, who previously holds the position of Deputy General Director for Customer Service and Business Development of Continent Express JSC.

Actually, the data management service in the holding has been operating for three years. With its introduction, we felt the "taste" and benefit of well-organized data for effective management decisions. We want to put data in the service of our customers, choosing different approaches to doing business and creating solutions that distinguish us from competitors. Galina as the head of this area is just a godsend: industrial experience and a deep understanding of client processes, multiplied by fresh knowledge in the field of data accounting and processing, access to the latest innovative tools - says the general director of the holding Irina Solovyova.

This appointment logically fits into the development of my individual career. I consciously chose the transition from a top manager responsible for the development of client relationships to a top manager transforming these relationships using organized data. I believe that the Wipservice holding and I coincided in the main thing - the desire to gain joint experience in the transition from the traditional model of organizing business processes to the data-driven enterprise architecture.

2014

2008

In 2008, the Biletix online travel agency was launched, which is one of the three major Internet booking and ticketing portals of the Russian Runet.
