Viru Keemia Grupp (VKG) – the enterprise, largest in Estonia, for production of slate oil and slate chemistry. VKG covers all slate chain from production and processing to an output to the market of the most net chemical products. VKG consists of eight enterprises, and the parent company possesses 100% of stocks of seven subsidiary companies. Annually the enterprises are exported goods for the amount by about 1 billion kroner to the different countries of the world. Most of all goods of concern are exported to Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Russia, Great Britain and Belarus.
