2024: Adamant sold 50% of the operator of the seaport Vitino

In mid-September 2024, it became known that the combined closed unit investment fund (ZPIF) Quark became a co-owner of Nord Star LLC, which is the operator of the Vitino seaport. As part of the transaction, part of his share was sold by the co-owner and vice-president of the Adamant holding company Vladimir Golubev.

Vitino is an oil seaport in the Kandalaksha district of the Murmansk region. It is said that the share of Vladimir Golubev in the structure of Nord Star LLC decreased from 100% to 50%. Under the terms of the agreement, 50% passed into the possession of ZPIF "Quark." This structure is managed by Baltinvest Management Company (the owners of the management company are Lev Nikitin and Alexander Vinnik, who own 75.1% and 24.9%, respectively).

According to Interfax, at the end of 2021, Kenes Rakishev's Kazakhstan BTA Bank sold 100% of its shares in Nord Star to Golubev. Earlier, the company received the status of a resident of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation with the Vitino: Seaport and Oil Depot investment project to restart the terminal. Since 2014, the oil depot and the port of Vitino have temporarily not received or processed ships. In March 2021, the financial director of Nord Star, Natalya Pinchuk, reported that the cost of the investment project to restart the Vitino port was 2.9 billion rubles. It was planned that the terminal will be engaged in transshipment of AI-92 and AI-95 gasoline, diesel fuel and naphtha.

The sea port "Vitino" is freezing. Icebreaking is carried out in accordance with the General Rules for Navigation and Parking of Ships in the Seaports of the Russian Federation and Mandatory Regulations in the Vitino Seaport. Navigation is carried out year-round.[1]
