2023: Purchase of the complex by Igor Kurov for 901 million rubles

On the balance sheet of the sold company is 2.8 hectares and buildings with a total area of ​ ​ 34,988 square meters on Bolshaya Vnukovskaya Street in western Moscow.

In particular, the company was engaged in the reconstruction of Domodedovo Airport.

Vedomosti also writes that Igor Kurov is a top manager of Platform (a structure of AFK Sistema), which, according to SPARK-Interfax, owns shares in various firms by November 2023 that specialize in the construction of communications facilities and transport infrastructure.

One of the consultants who worked with the unfinished complex in Vnukovo, in a conversation with the newspaper, did not rule out that Kurov could buy out the Vnukovo sports complex in the interests of the structures of AFK Sistema. He recalls that the corporation includes the operator Cosmos Hotels Group, which by November 2023 is actively expanding its portfolio, including through the acquisition of new hotels. Another consultant interviewed by the publication claims that this is Kurov's personal investment.^[1]
