The information system "Leader medicine" is constructed on the basis of modern industrial Microsoft SQL Server DBMS 2005 that provides the shortest time of project implementation and high degree of reliability.

Being an end-to-end medical information system of world level, the IC "Leader medicine" profitable differs in stability of work, simplicity of service, a possibility of step-by-step accumulation of functionality.

So, system modules "The personified accounting of medicines", Power supply, Electronic Registry can be originally implemented independently that creates a basis for the subsequent implementation of full-function storage of electronic medical records of patients. Such way of project implementation reduces costs for system deployment, allows organization and governing body of health care to receive fast return on invested funds.

All data are stored in one base. It simplifies management of them and obtaining the analytical reporting. At creation of reports the functions of a business intelligence put in the Microsoft SQL Server are widely used. Partners and IT specialists of the customer have an opportunity to create reports necessary for them using the built-in editor.

As an example of the project implemented by the company it is possible to bring creation of a single regional system of the personified accounting of medicines into health facilities of the Saratov region based on the IC "Flagman-Meditsina".

This project was implemented in 2008 together with the partner - Volga honey company and Territorial Fund of compulsory health insurance of the Saratov region.

Main objective.

Main objective of the personified accounting of medicines and products of medical appointment — rational and address use of funds of the compulsory health insurance when implementing the Program of the state guarantees allocated for improvement of quality of medical care and also complete and detailed accounting of intake of medicines and products of a medical nazanacheniye at all levels of their use: patient, specific departments of medical institution, health facilities in general.

Main objectives.

• effective use of the financial resources of the compulsory health insurance system intended for payment of medicines;

• elimination of deficit of medicines and products of medical appointment in health facilities;

• ensuring the rights of the medicines insured in the compulsory health insurance system for receiving guaranteeing high-quality medical care.

History

2002-2005 - implementation of different projects in a public sector

2006 - the beginning of development of the Information system "Leader medicine"

2007 - automation of dental clinics of Ulyanovsk and Naberezhnye Chelny, the Nikolaev central district hospital, automation of the personified accounting of medicines in City hospital No. 1 of Ulyanovsk, the Perinatal center.

2008 - implementation of a number of large projects in the Saratov region and other regions of the Russian Federation.

The modules "The Personified Accounting of Medicines" and "Stomatology" are awarded with diplomas at the tender "The Best Medical Information System 2008".

The module "Power supply" is developed.

The company was included into Association of the enterprises of computer and information technologies (APKIT) - the most representative and numerous association of participants of the market of information technologies in the Russian Federation.

2009 - the partner agreement from the companies of EOS Group - the leading developer of workflow systems is signed.
