According to the Central Bank, Vyborg-Bank pursued a high-risk credit policy related to the placement of funds in low-quality assets. 2024: Ex-Deputy Chairman of the Board Dmitry Dervoed received 7 years in prison for embezzlement
On November 20, 2024, the Vyborg City Court of the Leningrad Region found Dmitry Dervoed, the former first deputy chairman of the board of PJSC Vyborg-Bank, guilty of embezzlement of the property of a credit institution.
