2012

According to forecasts of February, 2012 in 2012 the company expected increase in revenue 20%. In plans of network – opening of 15 shops through the whole country with emphasis on Moscow and the Moscow region.

In 2012 the retailer expected also significant growth of revenue from sales of ultrabooks due to emergence in the market of bigger number of new models and reduction of prices of them.

By 2015 it was going to increase number of shops to 300. Now them there are 88. To the same term it was going to increase a share of Internet sales to 35%, the new CEO of "White wind" Danila Vaskevich said.

Revenue of White Wind network for 2012 as a result made 12 billion rubles (including VAT), practically without having changed in comparison with 2011 while a year ago its growth was 11%. The indicator of EBITDA (a profit before taxes, depreciation expenses and percent on the credits) increased by 30% and reached 300 million rubles. Thus, profitability of network makes 3% at a planned target of 5%.

2011

The CEO of the company Danila Vaskevich notes that "White wind" fought three years against crisis effects, and as a result of it it was succeeded to overcome. In 2011 as the CEO of "White wind" reported, growth of revenue was 11% - to 11.5 billion rubles, at the same time sales on the Internet grew by 35%. In the general sales pattern 9% are the share of them now. Profitability of the company on EBITDA in 2011 made 3.5%[1].

Sales of tablets and also products of Apple in general became main growth drivers in 2011 for "White wind", according to the company. Sales of the last in a year grew more than twice.

2010

Sales to retail chain stores of Belyi Veter Tsifrovoy in 2010 grew by 30% in ruble expression. Sales of comparable shops (like-for-like) increased by 27%, and Internet and business showed 58% a gain. Turnover of network in 2010 reached 10.3 billion rubles, says the company.

Last year shops "Belyi Veter Tsifrovoy" were visited by more than 24 million people. The average bill, according to the company, was 4,909 rub, and key performance indicators (revenue on one employee and revenue with 1 sq.m of total area) increased by 27% and 39% respectively.

For the beginning of 2010 the Belyi Veter Tsifrovoy network contained 89 shops. For the beginning of 2011 in network 88 shops worked, during 2010 the structure of network was significantly improved (6 shops were closed, 5 are open, 8 — relotsirovana). Segments of mobile computers (growth — 63%), digital cameras (growth — 45%) and also games and entertainments (growth — 25%) were drivers of growth in sales of network.

Significant growth is also recorded on sales of digital services – income from this direction increased by 37% in comparison with 2009. Digital service development happens in Belyi Veter Tsifrovoy company under the Agent of Digital Support trademark and includes professional services on setup and training in digital equipment.

2009

2009 it was for "White wind", as well as for other retailers, very heavy: revenue of the company was reduced by 26%, to 7.9 billion rubles.

History

2007-2010: Ilya Timchenko's period

From 2007 to 2011 "White wind" was headed by Ilya Timchenko whose career in the company began in 2004. In "White wind" say that the decision on its leaving the company was made jointly and shareholders, and him.

2011: Year of Shrayner

In 2011 Yury Shrayner who was earlier not working in the company directed "White wind". It is the largest shareholder of the Fininkor investment financial firm specializing in consulting and estimated services. According to representatives of "White wind", Shrayner left the company to continue to be engaged in the core business.

2012: Vaskevich is the new CEO

On February 7, 2012 Belyi Veter Tsifrovoy announced position assignment of the CEO Danila Vaskevich which career in the company began with a position of the chief financial officer on the eve of a crisis heat, fall of 2008. To "White wind" Vaskevich took the leading positions in companies PricewaterhouseCoopers Moscow, MTS and in "The integrated confectioners".

Measures for reduction of operating costs and also efforts on ensuring continuation of crediting from banks became its first steps as the financial director on the new place. To the first, for example, expense reduction on lease for 20%, concerns the second – reduction of office state approximately for 20%.

According to Vaskevich, the company closed a part of shops, and laid off, first of all cashiers, storekeepers, security guards, having assigned their duties to sellers. If on the first two positions afterwards, after crisis, it was gathered new personnel, then security guards the network is not going to return as sellers, perhaps, it is even better than the first, cope with the corresponding tasks, the new CEO of "White wind" notes. According to him, at security guards the shortage of goods was 0.24%, and now – 0.18%.

Speaking about closing of shops and reductions, Vaskevich notes that it was very much helped by the fact that it came to the company from the outside. "Therefore I quite easily initiated and supported these solutions. The CEO at that time worked in the company of years five, and it was difficult to it to do all this most. Therefore at that time I became biggest "baba-yaga" in the company, - he says. – When I was the chief financial officer, I was tough and unscrupulous. When you work for cost reduction, and it is necessary to be it".

2014: What happens to "The white wind TSIFROVYM"?

Belyi Veter Tsifrovoy, judging by data of the Moscow arbitration court, was up to the ears in debt. Total debt to creditors among whom there are also distributors of IT products (ROSKO, diHouse, "Resource Media", etc.) is hundreds of millions rubles[2].

On the website of the Moscow arbitration court there is information and on the termination of affairs in connection with achievement of the settlement agreement. In particular, on June 10 the court dismissed case No. A40-51313/14 of Ltd company on which "The distribution company Grafitek" acted as a plaintiff, on collecting 3,395,986 rub 00 kopeks of the Party recognized that "The defendant has a debt to the Claimant on delivery agreement No. 1806-108 of June 18, 2008 as of June 10, 2014 in the amount of 2,011,845, 48 rub..." also approved the diagram of debt repayment.

Belyi Veter Tsifrovoy filed a lawsuit the statement for bankruptcy

The arbitration court of the Ulyanovsk region will consider on September 18, 2014 the application for bankruptcy which was submitted by retail network of electronics Belyi Veter Tsifrovoy, RIA Novosti tells. The statement came to court on August 18.

According to the USRLE, the company is registered in Ulyanovsk.

The retail network of electronics Belyi Veter Tsifrovoy does not pay several months suppliers, those, in turn, in a mass order submit claims. The company can go bankrupt.

Since the beginning of 2014 by "White wind digital" 14 claims for non-execution of obligations are submitted. Total amount of requirements exceeds 700 million rubles.
