YuSAR + joint-stock company — the Russian supplier, the developer and integrator of information systems and the equipment in health care. Works at the market since 1996. Works with customers from Russia and the CIS countries.

For December, 2018 specialization of the company — implementation of complex regional, federal and "turnkey" international projects for the state and commercial customers. The company implements uniform integration projects on delivery of the medical equipment with complete hardware-software solutions. In the company works — more than 100 people. In team's line-up — scientists, candidates and doctors of science, honored doctors of the Russian Federation.

Activities

Priority activities of "YuSAR+" for December, 2018 are:

• development, implementation and service maintenance of the latest information systems in the field of health care;
• delivery and service maintenance of the medical equipment of any complete set with integration into a single information network.

The company provides design of engineering infrastructure, delivery, installation and a commissioning of technical networks, delivery and setup of the medical equipment, installation of the general and the application software, computer and peripheral equipment, information and maintenance, repair and maintenance of the medical equipment and systems.

In cooperation with production companies "YuSAR +" performs a complex of research, developmental, production, organizational and economic works which main goal is providing the population with hi-tech medical care.

History

2018: The agreement with Schwab on implementation of the IC in medical institutions of an oncological profile

Holding "Schwab" State corporations Rostec and the Russian supplier, the developer and integrator of information systems and the equipment in health care of "YuSAR+" signed on December 14, 2018 the agreement directed to implementation of information systems in the Russian medical organizations oncological of a profile. Within development of digitalization of the party also signed the tripartite agreement about export with Rossiysko-Singapore business council.

The digital platform offered by YuSAR + company represents support system of the made decisions and, under the terms of the agreement, will be implemented in the oncological centers of regions of the Russian Federation. It is expected that in total with the specialized equipment Schwab it will allow to minimize the probability of a medical error, to increase quality of the rendered medical services and to automate processes of prevention and diagnosis of oncological diseases.

In particular, the functionality of a system will allow to control quality of diagnostics due to additional studying of the made diagnoses, to conduct statistical analysis, to create minutes of researches. All acquired information will be stored in uniform archive that will provide availability and completeness of information on the patient for attending physicians and the medical organizations, explained in "YuSAR+". Besides, the IT complex includes the educational software for radiologists, laboratory assistants and doctors-diagnosticians.

Oncological diseases are the second reason of death rate in Russia. At the same time there is an acute shortage of both the centers of diagnostics, and the centers equipped with the necessary equipment for cancer therapy. It is a question of national scale, and we will solve it with involvement of leading companies and implementation of best practices. Due to digitalization of the oncological centers, we, first of all, create a single digital platform which will allow to communicate and lift an indicator of timely detection of oncological diseases to 70% — the deputy CEO of State Corporation Rostec Nikolay Volobuyev said.

In particular, it is planned that the system developed by "YuSAR+" will be implemented in the centers of nuclear medicine, mobile medical complexes of different function and the centers of hadron therapy created Schwab in Vladivostok and Novosibirsk.

For December of 2.5% of the population of Russia are sick with oncology. Speed of diagnosis of cancer in Russia four times more slowly, than in Europe. Practically all negotiations and agreements signed Schwab on the Russian week of health care are aimed at increase in efficiency and also availability of medical care to the population mainly in the sector of oncology. For this purpose together with the leading IT companies of the country the holding intends to integrate all stages of diagnostics, treatment and rehabilitation into the general health care system by means of use of instruments of digitalization — the deputy CEO Schwab Ivan Ozhgikhin reported.

Besides, the holding "Schwabe", "YuSAR +" and the Russian-Singapore business council signed the tripartite agreement about implementation of information systems for campaign against cancer in Russia, the countries of Asia, Africa, Europe, the Middle East. Among the main directions of cooperation — joint promotion of products of two companies and the organization of constructive dialogue of entrepreneurial circles of Russia and the foreign partners interested in development and increase in efficiency of medicine.

In addition to work within the country, it is important to us to enter also international market. With Schwab we are already connected by the general projects. In Singapore in permanent exposure of technopark joint solutions, for example on creation of Competence Center for detection of oncological diseases at early stages are presented. Also during 2018 "YuSAR+" and Schwab together participated in a number of the actions directed to preparation and development of projects with Southeast Asia. It is convinced that cooperation of two the organizations, largest in the field of health care, will make the domestic projects provided on the world medical scene, even more competitive — the director of "YuSAR+" Sergey Robsky noted.
