2024: Medklinika "Pretor" bought the business center "Yakutia" in Novosibirsk

The multidisciplinary medical clinic "Pretor" in August 2024 completed the acquisition of the business center "Yakutia" in Novosibirsk. According to company representatives, the new acquisition will significantly expand the clinic's capabilities and increase the level of patient care in the region.

The Yakutia Business Center is a detached building with an area of ​ ​ 6,000 square meters, equipped with underground parking for 58 cars. The building is located on a land plot of 0.33 hectares, 7 minutes on foot from the Rechnoy Vokzal metro station, which makes it convenient for patients to visit. The deal was consulted by RS Group, which noted high activity in the market of large office space in Novosibirsk, especially among medical institutions, banks and IT companies.

RS Group founder Rustam Satyshev explained that the demand for such facilities in Novosibirsk exceeds supply, which makes such transactions especially significant.

To solve such requests, you have to look outside the box at objects and the market as a whole, - said Satyshev, adding that the Yakutia business center turned out to be one of those objects that were not on public sale, but were ideal for solving the clinic's business problems.

The owner of the Pretor clinic, Alexander Firman, who is also a practicing oncologist and mammologist, stressed that the acquisition of the business center was an important step for the development of the clinic. According to him, the new facility will allow the clinic to significantly expand its area, as well as introduce unique medical services that are not yet available in Novosibirsk. The clinic management plans to modernize the building to meet modern standards and improve the quality of medical services.^[1]
