Yakutproyekt

The design and survey institute (JSC RPII) Yakutproyekt is created by JSC Respublikansky on March 1, 1999.

Main directions of design:

• town-planning developments; master plans of the cities, large and small localities;
• topogeodezichesky and geological survey works;
• complex design at all stages new and reconstruction of the existing industrial enterprises and also objects of their infrastructure (administativno-household buildings, engineering networks and constructions);
• design multi-storey and small number of storeys of apartment houses, cottages with various constructive solutions, including from monolithic steel concrete.
• design of public buildings of different function, including:
• organizations of education;
• buildings of governing bodies, information, public organizations;
• banking institutions;
• buildings and constructions of sports and sports and improving appointment;
• trade enterprises and consumer services;
• buildings of cultural and spectacular appointment, etc.;
• design of boiler houses and gas supply;
• design of methods of fire protection of objects, fire and security alarm;
• development of special sections of projects, including assessment of impact of designed projects on the environment;
• inspection of buildings and constructions, their constructions and drawing up the technical conclusions about their suitability to operation;
• project development of gain of building constructions of buildings and constructions;
• engineering, including accomplishment of functions of the general designer in the field of design of construction objects;
• design projects of a design of facades of buildings and their interiors;
