History

Investment Commercial Bank of Development Yarinterbank LLC — regional bank (Yaroslavl), small by the amount of assets, focused on service and crediting of corporate clients, transactions in interbank market, attraction of financial resources of citizens in deposits^[1].

The main sources of funding are means of physical persons and legal entities. Among owners top management of credit institution.

Controls 0.3% of bank shares registered in the Yaroslavl region by JSC CB Verkhnevolzhsky.

The network of sales is not developed and provided by the only additional office in Yaroslavl, in addition to head department.

• Since October, 2004 is a participant of deposit insurance system.
• On November 6, 2018 IKBR "Yarinterbank" obtained the basic license of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation for banking operations.

Shareholders

In April, 2014 the capital of Yarinterbank included Verkhnevolzhsky bank, having purchased shares (in total nearly 31.21% of authorized capital) Vladimir Kovalyov and Alexander Sokolov (Vladimir Kovalyov who left the capital was the former People's Deputy and the member of council of nationalities of the Supreme Council of the Russian Federation from 1990 to 1993.)^[2].

The Verkhnevolzhsky bank became the largest shareholder of Yarinterbank, however at the end of August, 2014 reduced the share of ownership to 11.20%. At the same time Denis Britikov, the board member of Verkhnevolzhsky bank Alexey Rashchupkin (both on 9.80%) and Vera Konareva (3.40%) became new participants of Yarinterbank. It should be noted that Alexey Rashchupkin owned share blocks in Kedr bank earlier, the United Credit bank ("Oka"), AB Finance (it was attached to Pushkino bank) and also in the bank "Pushkino" which went bankrupt afterwards. By the beginning of 2015 the Verkhnevolzhsky bank reduced the equity interest of Yarinterbank to minority participation.

According to information disclosed on the website of the Bank of Russia as of December 24, 2014, his chairman of the board of directors Vladimir Usenko and the board member Sergey Gorodetsky owning respectively shares in 25.79% and 24.64% of stocks were the largest shareholders of Yarinterbank.

Shareholders of bank: the board member of Verkhnevolzhsky bank Alexey Rashchupkin, Denis Britikov (at everyone on 9.80%), Vadim Domogatsky (9.64%), the chairman of the board and the board member of Yarinterbank Lidiya Bulygina (3.48%), Vera Konareva (3.40%), the board member of Yarinterbank Nikolay Sumersky (2.24%).
