PJSC Yunipro (till June 22, 2016 – JSC E.ON Rossiya) is registered on March 04, 2005 in Surgut. Authorized capital of the company - 25,219,482,458.37 rub, the face value of one action – 0.4 rub of 83.73% of stocks of PJSC Yunipro belongs to the international power concern Uniper SE.

Core activity

Production and sale of electrical energy and power. PJSC Yunipro is also presented at the markets of the distributed generation and engineering in the Russian Federation. Five thermal power plants with a total power of 11,245 MW are a part of PJSC Yunipro: Surgut-2 Power Station (5667 MW), Berezovskaya GRES (2400 MW), Shaturskaya GRES (1500 MW), Smolensk state district power plant (630 MW), and Yayvinsky state district power plant (1048 MW). Electricity generation in 2019 – 46.4 billion kWh, heat power – 2052.7 thousand Gcal.

History

2016

PJSC Yunipro (till June, 2016 – JSC E.ON Rossiya) – the most effective company in the sector of thermal generation of the electric power in the Russian Federation. Five thermal power plants with a total power of 11,145 MW are Yunipro's part: Surgut-2 Power Station (5597 MW), Berezovskaya GRES (2400 MW), Shaturskaya GRES (1493 MW), Smolensk state district power plant (630 MW), and Yayvinsky state district power plant (1025 MW).

2007

Since 2007 the company is a part of the E.ON international concern performing the activity more than in 30 countries of the world. From the moment of state registration (on March 4, 2005) the company was called JSC The Fourth Wholesale Power Generating Company (JSC OGK-4). In June, 2011 shareholders of the company made the decision on change of a trade name on JSC E.ON Rossiya (JSC E. ON Russia). The total installed capacity of E.ON Russia is 10345 MW. The headquarters of 'E.ON of Russia' is placed in Moscow. From about 5 thousand employees of the company about 2 thousand have the computerized jobs.

2005: Creation of the company

By JSC E.ON Rossiya it is created in 2005 based on five power plants, Surgut-2 Power Station, Beryozovskaya GRES, Shaturskaya GRES, the Smolensk state district power plant and Yayvinsky state district power plant were a part of the company. One more branch 'E.ON Russia' — 'Thermal networks of Berezovskaya GRES' which performs delivery of heat to consumers in Krasnoyarsk Krai.
