2022: Attracting RUB 166 mln of investments

The network of family amusement parks "Zamania" in 2022 attracted 166 million rubles of investments. This was reported in March 2023 in the company, while not giving the names of investors. It is only noted that individuals have invested in the project within the framework of a specially created joint-stock company.

It is assumed that investor funds were used to develop the company in Russia, create new parks, open a kitchen factory and other goals. In 2023, the company plans to attract investments to buy other small businesses in the children's entertainment market, combining them under its brand.

It is specified that Zamania created JSC UK Entertainment Industry to work with small investors. The company chose JSC, since this structure allows you to work with more than 50 investors, and also involves protecting the interests of minority shareholders under the law on joint-stock companies.

When it comes to buying a stake in an LLC, there are significant risks of blur, and the founder himself risks being in a situation where an investor, having equal rights with him, will interfere with his work. The creation of JSC made it possible, on the one hand, to ensure the profitability of investors receiving dividends, and on the other, to give the management company freedom of action within the framework of operational management, "Zamania explained.

At the start, Zamania worked with individuals, attracting loans from 24% to 18% per annum, and gradually reducing the percentage. With these investments, the company built several parks.

Earlier, the network of family adventure parks "Zamania" launched a franchise program in Russian regions. According to the company, the opening of one franchise park will cost 50-55 million rubles. The return on investment is 3-3.5 years.
