Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation (FSMTC of Russia)

FSMTC of Russia makes decisions:

• about import to the Russian Federation and export of military products from it in the order set by the President of the Russian Federation;

• about issue in accordance with the established procedure to subjects of military and technical cooperation of licenses for import to the Russian Federation and export of military products from it;

• about providing in accordance with the established procedure under authorization of the President of the Russian Federation to the organizations — developers and producers of military products of the right to implementation of the foreign trade activity on military products in the part concerning deliveries of spare parts, units, nodes, devices, components, special, educational and auxiliary property, technical documentation to earlier delivered military products, works on survey, calibration, prolongation of term operation, to maintenance, repair including with upgrade, utilization and other works providing complex service maintenance of earlier delivered military products and also training of foreign specialists in carrying out the specified works;

• about deprivation in accordance with the established procedure the called organizations of the specified right with the direction of information on it to the Minister of Defence of the Russian Federation;

• about the organization of exhibitions and demonstrations of military product samples in the Russian Federation and in the foreign states in the order set by the Government of the Russian Federation.
