The Federal Tariff Service is the federal executive authority authorized to perform legal regulation with the legislation of the Russian Federation. In the Management of information development and technologies of Federal Tariff Service of Russia providing development and operation of the Uniform information and analytical system of "regulation FST-REK-Subjekty" (EIAS Federal Tariff Service) 15 specialists work. Service of the server park, computers and a local network is performed by forces of the company outsourcer.
In September, 2015 the prime minister Dmitry Medvedev signed the resolution according to which powers of Federal Tariff Service (FST) are delegated to Federal Antimonopoly Service.
Now FAS will control a compliance with law in activity of natural monopolies and state regulation of the prices (rates) for goods or services. In connection with merge of two services changes are made to regulations of the government.
"Rules of acceptance of FAS of decisions on determination (establishment) of the prices (rates) and (or) their limits in the field of activity of subjects of natural monopolies are approved", says the government.
Earlier it was reported that the President of Russia Vladimir Putin signed the decree on consolidation of the FST and FAS.
