The Monitor agency is created by Grotek company in 1999 (The mass media registration certificate of news agency No. 77-1095 of 11/12/1999) as division of the company.

The main activity - providing to specialists information on a status and trends of market development by regular monitoring of events in such industries as telecommunications, security, information technologies, ecology, transport, construction, the state and municipal management, production, agriculture, etc.
