The information security system of Guards of NT (version 3.0) is intended for a comprehensive and multifunction protection of information resources from unauthorized access in multi-user automated systems based on the personal computers functioning running 32 bit operating systems of family Microsoft: Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008 Windows 7.

The information security facility "Guard of NT" (version 3.0) can be applied both in autonomous workplaces, and at workstations and servers as a part of a local computer network. The lack of a hardware component allows to apply the information security facility on computers of not desktop execution (notebooks, servers, industrial computers).

Functionality

In the information security facility "Guard of NT" (version 3.0) the following subsystems and protection gears are implemented:

• Strict two-factor authentication before loading of the operating system using hardware identifiers.   - the Discretionary and mandatory principles of access isolation of users to system resources. 
• The closed software environment for users.
• Registration of events, including actions of the administrator.
• Marking of printing documents, irrespective of the application issuing them on printing. 
• The guaranteed erasing of the released RAM and the deleted system resources. 
• Control of integrity of critical resources of a system and components of a system of protection.
  - Management of users. 
• Control of information media. 
• Information transform on alienable carriers.  
• Device management.  
• Testing of mechanisms of a system of protection.

Certificate

The information security facility "Guard of NT" (version 3.0) has the FSTEC certificate of Russia which allows to use it during creation of automated systems to a class of security 1B inclusive and for data protection in ISPDN to 1 class inclusive.

The bit release of the information security facility "Guard of NT" updated 64th underwent in the summer of 2012 the inspection control of FSTEC of Russia which confirmed compliance of the information security facility to certificate No. 2145 issued earlier. In the updated release of the information security facility "Guard of NT" support of 64 bit operating Microsoft Windows systems XP, Windows Server 2003, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008, Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 is added.

2018: Compatibility with the products JaCarta

The companies Aladdin R.D. and "RUBINTEH", the Russian developers of products and solutions for providing information security, in January, 2018 completed tests of the products on compatibility.

According to the results of tests the correctness of joint work of an information security product from unauthorized access (the information security facility from NSD) the Guard of NT of version 4.0 and USB tokens and smart cards of JaCarta PKI and also digital signature facilities (EDS) of JaCarta-2 GOST was confirmed. 2017: Compatibility with the Komrad SIEM system

On August 18, 2017 the company NPO Eshelon announced system compatibility of data protection of Guards of NT of version 4.0 with SIEM- a system Komrad which application allows to perform the centralized monitoring of events CYBERSECURITY, to reveal cybersecurity incidents, to react quickly to the arising threats, to fulfill requirements imposed by regulators to personal data protection and also to security of the state information systems.

The Komrad SIEM system is certified Ministry of Defence Russia on the 2nd level of absence control of NDV (certificate of conformity No. 2315) and FSTEC of Russia on the 4th level of absence control of NDV (certificate of conformity No. 3498). Support of the information security facility Guard of NT 4.0 as a source of events of the Komrad SIEM system will allow to organize due control of the events of cybersecurity connected with attempts of receiving unauthorized access to critical information. 2016: Compatibility with electronic identifiers Rutoken

On September 8, 2016 the companies "Asset" and "RUBINTEH" announced testing for compatibility information security systems of Guards of NT of version 4.0 and electronic identifiers Rutoken. Tests confirmed compatibility.

The information security facility from NSD of Guards of NT of version 4.0 - a software package of information security tools using hardware identifiers. To the information security facility Guard of NT it is intended for a comprehensive protection of information resources from unauthorized access and functions in the environment of the 32nd and 64-bit operating systems of Microsoft to Windows 10 inclusive.

The FSTEC certificate of Russia No. 3553 confirms - the software tool of data protection from unauthorized access of Guards of NT (version 4.0) conforms to requirements of regulating documents of State Technical Commission of Russia "Computer aids. Data protection from unauthorized access to information. Security indicators from unauthorized access to information" on the 3rd class of security, "Protection against unauthorized access to information. Part 1. Software of media. Classification by the level of absence control of not declared opportunities" on the 2nd level of control.

According to the statement of the companies, during tests Rutoken pair of S and information security facility of Guards of NT 4.0 showed high reliability and stability of work that provides two-factor authentication and data protection. Rutoken devices are recommended for application as personal identifiers of users and administrators of the information security facility, it confirms the certificate of conformity.
