2021: Compatibility iSimpleBank 2.0 with Red Database
Russian developers RED SOFT and iSimpleLab 3 December 2021 announced the compatibility of software products. So, the platform for computers iSimpleBank 2.0 confirmed the correctness of working with SUBIZed Database on the operating system RED OS. This technology will allow banks to ensure a smooth transition from foreign software to domestic analogues as licenses or depreciation periods expire.
Import substitution at critical information infrastructure facilities also concerns the banking sector. RED SOFT, as a domestic developer of system and application software, is actively promoting the initiative of creating complex solutions for the transition to domestic software in strategic areas for the state. In addition, the work carried out once again demonstrated that the ecosystem of the operating system RED OS is universal. We thank the partners for their productive work, "commented Rustamov Rustam, Deputy General Director of RED SOFT. |

Compatible with iSimpleBank 2.0
On July 9, 2018, it became known that Aladdin R.D. and AySimplLab signed a certificate confirming the compatibility of their products.
According to the document, USB tokens and smart cards can JaCarta be used when working in the iSimpleBank 2.0 remote banking system for secure user access and confirming the legal significance of their actions. More details here.
2016
iSimpleLab implemented AR technologies in the operation of a mobile bank
The mobile application iSimpleMobile for the BBO system iSimpleBank 2.0 was one of the first online banks equipped with augmented reality technology. The technology allows you to overlay digital data on an image obtained from a camera on a smartphone or tablet computer.
The developers of the iSimpleLab began by introducing the option of displaying the balance in the customer's account into the application for the mobile bank. To do this, it is enough for him to simply put the camera lens on his bank card.
The new idea will be tried for another iSimpleMobile functionality, since applications for iOS and Android have great potential for using augmented reality capabilities on their basis: obtaining information about the state and operations of accounts and cards, the location of the nearest ATMs and offices, and so on.
Integration with JC-WebClient 3.0
On July 21, 2016, iSimpleLab and Aladdin R.D. announced the integration of BBO products iSimpleBank 2.0 and JC-WebClient 3.0.
To reliably protect customer operations in the BBO iSimpleBank 2.0 system, the Aladdin R.D. solution was used. JC-WebClient 2.4. iSimpleLab supported the version of the decision of Aladdin R.D. JC-WebClient 3.0. The previous version of JC-WebClient 2.4 worked on the basis of plugin technologies and extensions for browsers - MicrosoftInternet technology was used for ActiveX Explorer, and for other browsers - NPAPI technology (Netscape Plugin Application Programming Interface).
After discovering vulnerabilities in NPAPI technology, browser developers began to refuse to support this technology in favor of their own - Google Chrome proposed using Native Messaging technology, Mozilla Firefox - WebExtensions. Microsoft announced the creation of its own extension development platform for the Edge browser.
The new version of JC-WebClient 3.0 radically solves the problems of web application developers, as it works on a single stable local web server technology for all popular browsers. Supported browsers include Microsoft Edge in Windows 10, for which Microsoft has not yet provided technology for the development of plugins and extensions. We are confident that such a decision will be appreciated by bank customers. |
Rutoken EDS 2.0 Support
On June 7, 2016, Asset and iSimpleLab announced the signing of a partnership agreement. Within cooperation in the iSimpleBank 2.0 system the support "Rutoken of the EDS 2.0" is realized - the USB identifying certified by FSB on compliance to modern CryptoStandarts[1]
The developers are convinced that with the implementation of old and new cryptographic algorithms in the device (GOST 2001 and GOST 2012), the use of Rutoken EDS 2.0 will simplify the transition to current CryptoStandarts in the field of electronic signature for banks.
According to the requirements of the regulator, the use of the old scheme GOST R 34.10-2001 to form a signature after December 31, 2018 is not allowed. Functionally, the USB token provides secure storage of electronic signature keys in built-in secure memory without the ability to export them, which ensures that users are properly protected from compromising payment information.
The BBO iSimpleBank 2.0 system is based on modern technologies and is capable of working on all platforms and browsers of the client. As a single centralized solution, the iSimpleBank 2.0 system can serve individuals and legal entities through all available communication channels, including devices on the iOS and Android platform.
The BBO system iSimpleBank 2.0 is a solution that many large financial organizations look at with great interest. We are pleased to work with promising projects aimed at ensuring the convenience and safety of users. I am sure that our partnership will result in new serious projects in the very near future. There are all prerequisites for this. |
Traditionally, the company iSimpleLab pays great attention to the issues of ensuring user security in BWD systems built on the basis of iSimpleBank 2.0. Banks often ask us to expand the security features supported in our system. Rutoken EDS 2.0 support in the iSimpleBank 2.0 system is the optimal synergy of advanced technologies to ensure the security of user transactions in the Internet bank. We hope that our joint efforts with the company "Asset" will allow banks to increase the level of information security and in the future provide remote services at the proper level. |

This BBO system is capable of working on all platforms and browsers of the client. Being a single high-tech centralized solution, the iSimpleBank 2.0 system is able to serve individuals and legal entities through all common interaction channels, including iPhone and Android mobile devices.
Companies iSimpleLab and SafeTech signed a partnership agreement in early 2012, which will result in the integration of the BBO system iSimpleBank with the reading of smart cards SafeTouch. Combining the competencies and technologies of companies will protect bank customers from the latest hacker attacks.
The integration of the iSimpleBank system with the smart card reader SafeTouch will reliably protect bank customers from hacker attacks, thanks to visual control of the integrity of significant fields of the payment document (for example: account number, transaction amount, recipient bank, etc.) before signing it. Data cannot be signed until the transaction confirmation button is physically pressed.
Support for the smart card reader SafeTouch will be built into the next release of the BBO ISimpleBank 2.0 system.
SafeTouch is a CCID-compatible device, which allows it to work without installing drivers in all modern operating systems. In addition, no additional software is required to operate the SafeTouch reader.
USB keys and smart cards eToken GOST
Aladdin R. D companies. and iSimpleLab (enters into iCAMGroup consortium) developed the ready decision allowing to use the DBO iSimpleBank 2.0 system with new USB keys and smart cards of eToken GOST in any modern browser running the most widespread operating systems.
USB keys and smart cards eToken GOST from Aladdin R.D. implement certified Russian cryptography directly in the device and work on modern operating systems Windows 7, Vista, XP SP2, MacOS X, Linux without first installing the driver. When working with this key, the client does not need to buy a separate license for SKZI, which allows you to almost halve the bank's cryptoprotection costs. At the same time, the reliability of the solution increases significantly due to the non-attractiveness of cryptographic keys, emphasized in Aladdin R.D.
All components of the SKZI have a certificate of the FSB of Russia for the security class KS2 with a shelf life of 3 years. Work with devices from web applications is carried out through the cross-platform multi-browser plugin JC-WebClient, which allows the web application to interact with a USB token and/or smart card in the context of a browser. Currently, the plugin JC-WebClient introduced for all the most common browsers, such as MicrosoftInternet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Apple Safari and Opera.
Supporting the technology for working with the hardware implementation of electronic signature in the BBO system iSimpleBank 2.0 means that now Russian banks can take advantage of the built-in EDS to protect remote services, Aladdin R.D. said. This, first of all, will allow the holder of the signature key to electronically sign documents on any computer, including a "stranger": for this you will not need to install any third-party programs, applications, drivers or administrator rights.
In general, the use of an EDS with an unattractable private key in conjunction with a smart card reader with the function of visual control of document fields can solve one of the fundamental problems of creating a "trusted" environment and avoid the risk of targeted attacks on the service through user insecurity, such as phishing, remote control or "blurring" USB ports to a remote computer with signing fake documents, noted in Aladdin R.D.
The iSimpleLab expects that the ease of connecting and using USB keys and smart cards eToken GOST will increase interest in the use of hardware protection by individuals of the bank, who previously needed to work with EDS to have basic skills for installing additional software and perform a complex sequence of actions to configure technologies. For legal entities, the choice of GOST eToken should help simplify work with EDS on MacOS and [2] software platforms with the ability to work in all common browsers.
The CEO of iSimpleLab Dmitry Miroshnikov so commented on completion of embedding of eToken GOST: "We do not doubt at all that eToken GOST will be mass technology. In our opinion, the future is for cryptographic protection of information with an electronic digital signature 'on board', and we are glad that we can offer our customers the most effective solutions to date as part of our BBO system. "
"Thanks to the speed and professionalism of the company's specialists, iSimpleLab work with USB keys and smart cards eToken GOST, through a multi-browser plugin, has become available to customers working in the iSimpleBank 2.0 system in the shortest possible time," said Alexey Kolesnikov, head of customer relations at financial sector Aladdin R.D. "We, in turn, hope that the proposed product will be appreciated by bank customers, and thanks to its ease of use, work EDS with will receive wider penetration into the retail banking market," he added.
