History

The history of Nezavisimost Group began in 1992 with the Volvo brand – the company became one of the first official dealers of a brand in Russia. Now the Nezavisimost Group is provided in Moscow, Yekaterinburg and Ufa.

• 1992 opening of the first car showroom "Independence of Volvo";
• 1998 the Nezavisimost Group included Audi Moscow Center company, the first dealer of the Audi brand in Moscow;
• 2000 The Nezavisimost group became the official dealer of Ford;
• 2002 emergence in a dealer portfolio of Nezavisimost Group of brands of Volkswagen (Ganza's Car company) and Land Rover; the beginning of work of the division "Independence Financial service" providing full range of services on insurance, crediting and leasing;
• 2003 The Nezavisimost group became the official dealer of Jaguar;
• 2004 the dealer portfolio of the company included the Mazda brand;
• 2007 Nezavisimost companies became the official dealer of Peugeot;
• 2008 the company became the official dealer of cars and the BMW motorcycles; opening of the Center of the Body repair, largest in Europe, equipped with the modern equipment allowing to carry out works of any degree of complexity;
• 2010 The Nezavisimost group signed the dealer agreement with Porsche; opening of car showroom "Toyota Vnukovo Center" on Kiyevskoye Highway within joint venture with Inchcape company;
• 2011 creation of joint venture based on Avtolend company, the known regional holding entering TOP-20 of car dealers of Russia, and the beginning of regional expansion of Nezavisimost Group - opening of the dealer centers Ford, Volvo, Mazda, Mitsubishi and KIA in Yekaterinburg and Ford, Mazda and Mitsubishi in Ufa; The Nezavisimost Group became the official dealer of KIA in Yekaterinburg and Mitsubishi in Moscow. The car showroom "Independence of Mitsubishi" in Moscow is the largest car center of the brand in the capital; the car showroom "Independence — Cars with a Run" - one of the largest platforms according to the redemption and implementation of cars with a run in Moscow opened.
