JSC Lebedinsky Mining and Processing Integrated Works — one of the leading Russian manufacturers of iron ore raw materials. The company is located in the city of Gubkin of the Belgorod region and enters into Metalloinvest metallurgical holding. The decision on construction of Lebedinsky GOKA was made in 1967, and in 1975 the plant gave the first products — iron ore concentrate.
In 2005 the plant produced 20.5 million tons of a concentrate and now is the largest in Russia and neighboring countries the supplier of hot-briquetted iron.
