Maelle Gavet was born in France, graduated from the University of Sorbonne where learned Russian. Since 2003 within 7 years Maelle Gavet worked in consulting company Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Development of development strategies, the HR policy, the principles of work with supply chains, the organizations of sales and pricing for a number of customers belonged to its duties. Also Gavet accompanied negotiations of investment company with the European supplier of clothes on possible acquisition (names of firms in Ozon do not report).

Since March, 2010 works in Ozon.ru as the marketing director.
