Almitek starts ERP system implementation

Project objective is development of the tool for ensuring management of the company with information necessary for operational acceptance of management decisions. The management reporting will include information on the general financial position of the company, on a status of settlement with partners, accomplishment of budgets for projects and agreements and also profitability on each type of activity.

During the project processes of maintaining a uniform agreement base, including turnkey contracts and subcontracting will be automated; maintaining the register of projects and also the register of the made-out and paid bills; drawing up and budget performance monitoring as the companies in general, and under each agreement, the project and activity; obtaining managerial activities reports of the company. A system will be integrated with other accounting applications online for receiving the general consolidated financial information.

According to the company contractor of the project, the ready-made solutions proposed by it in general meet customer requirements and need only insignificant completions and settings. However to comment on questions of TAdviser of terms of an actual start of the project and the planned its end, as well as of the planned number of the automated jobs, the CMD-Soft company could not.
