Dynamics CRM is available in "cloud" now

The Microsoft corporation submitted Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Online – the "cloud" version of the popular business application for sales management, marketing and customer service. In addition to a public cloud since March 1, 2011 Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 will be available in two options – to local installation and in the form of lease through Microsoft partners.

The release of the new version of a system took place today, after the four-months period of beta testing of the solution in which 11.5 thousand organizations from the different countries of the world took part. At the moment the CRM system from Microsoft is available in 40 different markets and the 41st language

According to Vladimir Vodianov, the director of Microsoft Business Solutions, the new version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM will increase productivity of employees in and out of the organization and will facilitate interaction of sales departments, marketing and customer service using the modern technologies integrated into a unified working environment.

Distinctive features of the new version are powerful analytical opportunities, the role interface and expanded planning features and control of activity of divisions and employees, he added.

In addition to release of the new version of a system of Microsoft also announced reduction in cost of service: instead of $44 for one user a month up to $33. Besides, for those clients who refused the competing products of Salesforce.com and Oracle companies the special program of discounts Cloud CRM For Less will work. The company also asked beta users of a new system to switch to full-function.

The release of Dynamics CRM 2011 Online followed shortly other "cloud" release, significant for corporation, – release of the beta of Microsoft Office 365.
