Epicor showed record revenue growth from consulting

The Epicor Software corporation, the developer of enterprise management systems for the companies of medium business, published financial results 4 quarters and all 2006. Quarter revenues of the company for the first time exceeded 100 million dollars, and the direction of consulting services grew at record rates.
According to George Claus, the chairman of the board and the CEO of Epicor company, results in all spheres of activity of the company – to sale of software licenses, consulting and technical support – exceeded the expectations and forecasts made in April, 2006. Income from sale of licenses (NLR) grew in the 4th quarter by 26% in comparison with the 4th quarter of last year. The customer base of the company makes more than 20,000 companies, for the last quarter to it 228 more buyers increased, and all in a year it increased by 750 clients. The stable customer base provides about 80% of revenues of the company in a segment of professional services and support of software.
According to Claus, around the world the average cost of transactions on acquisition of new software increased for the last 12 months and will continue to grow. The company early estimated possibilities of service-oriented architecture and began to use this technology in the solutions that allowed it to create complete and high-class vertical solutions for the companies of medium business.
Total income for the 4th quarter grew by 27.8% in comparison with the same period of last year and was 104.4 million dollars (81.7 million dollars in 4 sq. 2005). The company notes that it for the first time overcame a boundary of 100 million dollars for quarter income. Less 14.1 million dollars of income brought by the CRS Retail Systems company purchased in December, 2005, income of Epicor for the 4th quarter 2006 was 90.2 million dollars that corresponds to growth by 15.5%.
Income from sale of licenses grew by 26% and was 32.3 million dollars (25.6 million dollars in 4 sq. 2005). Income from providing consulting services was 29.3 million dollars and grew by 44.6% (20.2 million dollars in 4 sq. 2005). Support brought record-breaking high income in 38.3 million dollars that corresponds to 12% of growth (34.2 million dollars in 4 sq. 2005). An other income made 4.4 million dollars (1.5 million dollars in 4 sq. 2005).
Total income for 2006 grew by 32.7% and was 384, 1 million. Dollars (289.4 million dollars in 2005). In the following, 2007 the company expects to receive 420-425 million dollars. Revenue growth from sale of licenses is estimated at 13-15%.
In 1 quarter 2007 the company expects to gain income in 93-95 million dollars. This amount will be provided including with in addition gathered personnel in the field of sales, support and professional services.
