The end of 2010 - the first half of 2011 turned back significant personnel losses for NVision Group. In March the group announced departure of the chief financial officer Igor Babichenko, he explained the solution with desire to focus on personal development.

To the place of Babichenko Alexey Tarasenko who was earlier heading financial department in the Moscow division of MTS mobile operator came.

In May it became known that the director of the department of personnel management of NVision Tatyana Zolotareva passed to the deputy director general position on personnel into Technoserv. She left NVision in December, 2010.

Now personnel problems in NVision are supervised by the lawyer by training Alyona Lyovina who was earlier working in Rostelecom, TransTeleCom, SO UES and other companies.

On June 14 Technoserv announced that it enticed (possibly, not without the aid of Tatyana Zolotareva) one more top manager of NVision - this time the First Deputy CEO Evgeny Zakrepin. In Technoserv he became the first deputy managing director.

Zakrepin came to NVision in 2005 from Cisco where headed the region of Kazakhstan and Central Asia. Including thanks to its efforts became NVision one of the largest Russian partners of Cisco, however, in 2010 cooperation of the companies was interrupted.

In an area of responsibility of Zakrepin in NVision there was operational management commercial and technical departments and also project management department.

Replacement to Evgeny Zakrepin is not expected, reported Tadviser in NVision as "in connection with the going processes of restructuring and transition of the company to divisional structure the position of the First Deputy CEO will be reduced".

Meanwhile, today it became known of new personnel losses of NVision. The company was left by the director of the department of information security Dmitry Ogorodnikov and his deputy Sergey Zarechnev.

Both managers passed to work into INLINE Technologies. The first became the area director of information security, the second - the head of department of information security.

NVision says that replacement to Ogorodnikov and Zarechnev is not found yet.
