NaviCon companies completed the project on automation of Department of corporate service of IKEA company based on the Microsoft Dynamics NAV system. Automation covered customer relationship management processes, work with customer orders, conducting calculations, control of receivables, formation of financial statements.
By words the head of Department of corporate service of IKEA company of Natalya Rykunova, implementation of an information system was it is connected with need to arrange settlings with clients, to lower labor costs on order processing using several information systems and, finally, to increase quality and service rate of our corporate clients imposing most quality requirements of service.
During the project data exchange interfaces between the implemented ERP system and the applications implementing functions of primary registration of payments, an inventory control and maintaining the centralized directory of goods and services were developed. It allowed to lower labor costs on information input, to reduce time spent for processing orders of clients to quickly prepare the necessary analytical reporting.
Since September 1, 2006 the information system is transferred to the mode of commercial operation in the shops of IKEA located in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Kazan. Now users of a system are about 50 employees, however with opening of new shops this number will increase by 20%.
