Mango Telecom signed the partnership agreement with AudioCodes

This agreement is an important program item "Mango Office (before Mango Telecom)" on creation of a complete line of the subscriber equipment for SIP telephony. Andrey Kuznetsov, the area director of AudioCodes company across Russia and the CIS, said: "We are sure that our cooperation will promote growth of popularity of SIP telephony in the Russian market".

The main activities of AudioCodes are development and production of element base (signal processors, modules of a compression, a VoIP-payment), the operator and corporate VoIP-equipment and software. The company directs considerable resources to researches, in particular, on creation of effective codecs (so, the standard voice G.723.1 codec – one of its known developments).

AudioCodes makes a broad spectrum of the subscriber SIP equipment: phones and gateways. At the same time products of the company are distinguished by technical innovation, reliability, cost efficiency and compatibility practically with all program switches, SIP Proxies, Media Gateway Controllers and with media gateways of other producers. In particular, in the solutions AudioCodes does not use the closed own technologies not compatible to the equipment of other producers. All this completely corresponds to criteria on the basis of which Mango Telecom creates the line of the SIP equipment.

Now the line of Mango Telecom already includes 13 models of desktop SIP telephones and the VoIP-gateways AudioCodes. Let's remind that in a line of Mango Telecom the lower segment is focused on small business and a segment of SOHO. The main consumers of more expensive equipment are medium-sized and large enterprises which need broader functionality of the equipment, a special combination of characteristics, stylish design and prestigious brands.

The simple and reliable desktop AudioCodes 310HD SIP telephone and two SIP gateways gets to the lower tsenovy segment (up to 4500 rub): AudioCodes MP201 and MP202. Phone of a business class AudioCodes 320HD and the gateway AudioCodes MP204B belong to an average, and the gateway AudioCodes MP-124 – to the highest price segment (4500 to 8 thousand rub and more than 8 thousand rub, respectively). Interesting feature of AudioCodes MP-124 and some other gateways of the MP series is broad support of the intellectual services inititated in the SIP protocol and corresponding to a part of functions Mango Office virtual PBX. Respectively, such equipment will be interesting, first of all, to the companies which already purchased traditional office automatic telephone exchange and now aim to expand its functionality.

The partnership agreement with AudioCodes allows to accelerate testing and an output to the market of interesting new products. So, in the nearest future the newest model of a premium class of Audiocodes 350HD will be added to a line of Mango Telecom.
