NetSuite supports globalization of medium business

The new solution of NetSuite OneWorld is capable to provide, according to the developer, management of regional or specialized divisions and also obtaining the consolidated information taking into account features of their activity.

The NetSuite company  provided the new product NetSuite OneWorld which already  announced  most "revolutionary" of the developments after actually of the emergence of the NetSuite system distributed on the Software-as-a-Service model.

The essence of the solution comes down to a possibility of creation of the single system of management focused on the companies of medium business which are capable to support in the general base work of separate regional divisions with the national currencies, languages, units of measure, taxes and other features of accounting at the same time with a possibility of multilevel consolidation of data in a necessary format and all this is in real time and on cloud computing technology.

Such system is offered in the add-on format to other products NetSuite, at the price of 1,999 dollars a month. According to Zac Nelson (Zach Nelson), the CEO of NetSuite company, large business is forced to spend millions of dollars for similar solutions, at the same time often without achieving desirable results. According to the developer, implementation of this solution takes only six weeks that is already proved by experience about 30 companies (50 more, by estimates of vendor, are in an implementation stage now). At the same time, consider in the company, having begun to use a new solution, clients practically at once return invested funds.

In addition to management of territorially remote, national divisions, this solution, according to the developer, can be useful to those companies which were created by absorption of the different small businesses separated and having the habits and features. The solution proposed by NetSuite, consider in the company, in this case it is capable to help to reduce all diverse management information in uniform base for obtaining general idea about the state of affairs, at the same time avoiding long and expensive projects on  deployment of traditional ERP systems.

NetSuite OneWorld, allegedly, unites functionality of ERP and CRM systems and also supports e-commerce transactions. A system supports different financial transactions, including management by the received and made out bills, accounting of invoices, billing, accounting of inventory items, payroll calculation. At the same time charts of accounts (accounting principles) can be as uniform in scales of all company, and to differ for separate divisions that is considered at the subsequent consolidation of information.

The same principles are underlain also in the CRM block providing sales management and customer relations (including direct sales and settlings with partners) and also extend also to an e-commerce subsystem (the national or specialized websites can differ on design, but at the same time  work with  the single database). Besides, in a system the opportunities for the business analysis allowing to reveal trends and to create the strategy of management as at the local, regional level are stated and it is global, in scales of all business.
