October 4

On Monday official opening of representative office of Fortinet in Russia will take place. In the world market of Fortinet it is well-known as the decision maker on network security, until recently was known in Russia only to specialists. Since fall of 2007 an official distributor of Fortinet in Russia is the SafeLine company (Informzashita Group). Now Fortinet will work at the Russian market and directly.

Monday is mentioned by a birthday of Sergey Shilov, the founder of AT Consulting (AT Consulting) (AT Consulting). The graduate of Mathematics and Mechanics Faculty of MSU and the Harvard business school, having worked several years as the analyst and the consultant in the companies with a world name, in 2001 Shilov founded Arstel Consulting which later became a basis for AT Consulting group. As a part of the company Sergey Shilov directed, for example, the project on implementation of CRM, largest in Russia, in JSC VimpelCom.

On October 4 45-year anniversary is celebrated also by one more outstanding figure of the Russian IT industry Evgeny Kaspersky. Based by it the Kaspersky Lab company became no time together with the wife Natalya not only to one of the most successful IT companies of Russia, but also one of the few Russian developers of software who won recognition in the West. "Person brand" — so briefly and capaciously Sergey Girdin, the president of Marvel group characterizes Evgeny Kaspersky. October 5

On Tuesday in Moscow in TsVK "Expocentre" there will take place the annual international exhibition conference of IT solutions on information management of INFODOC, it will last up to October 7. Traditionally the broad spectrum of solutions for workflow automation, information lifecycle management and other business applications will be presented at an exhibition.

One more exhibition of day, interesting to IT specialists, - the 10th specialized exhibition of the equipment and technologies for an APCS and the built-in systems which will also last to the 7th.

Meanwhile in St. Petersburg will begin work and the Protection and Security — Sfitex exhibition will last till October 8. This action already became a traditional autumn event and at the moment represents the largest forum on security in northeast Europe.

Tuesday celebrates a birthday the owner of Lanit Georgy Gens. Gens graduated from economics department of MSU, and in 1989 created Lanit. According to the results of numerous polls is one of the most influential persons of computer business of Russia.

October 6

On Wednesday there will take place the fourth professional conference "Information Technologies in Aviation Business (ITAB 2010)". The conference will work in three flows: automation of airlines, practical reports of representatives and "the industrial sector" (for the enterprises of the aviation industry). The third conference which took place in September, 2009 brought together about 150 representatives of airlines and confirmed the status of the leading aviation IT forum in the territory of Russia and the CIS.

Also on October 6 will begin CADreview VIP work: this conference is selected against the background of other actions devoted to a CAD. Its main difference — a wide range of speakers and cases in point.

October 7

On October 7 and 8 with assistance of UPA Europe in Moscow there will take place the IV international conference in the field of a usability of User Experience Russia 2010. User Experience is a unique forum for communication of specialists and the effective platform for promotion of brands, technologies, products and services of the hi-tech companies. The motto of a conference - "User experience design: journey from discovery to advocacy".

Also on Thursday in Moscow the II conference "IT security in the financial sector" will begin, it will pass in Marriott Tverskaya hotel. The action is intended to integrate top managers, CIO, heads of departments on IT security of authoritative financial structures and also suppliers of cybersecurity solutions and representatives of business media for consideration of the current situation in the market of cybersecurity and discussion of trends of development of the industry.

On October 7th there will pass SITOP 2010 - Standardization of information technologies and interoperability. Still, the subject of standardization and interoperability is relevant for modern business and the state. Venue: Moscow, IRE of V.A. Kotelnikov of RAS.

October 8

On Friday Corus Consulting and Microsoft will give a laboratory research "Production with Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009".
