The Italian producer of a ceramic tile began implementation of the ERP system with the Ukrainian plant

At the Ukrainian plant "Zeus Keramika" located to Sloviansk of Donetsk region, the being affiliated enterprise of the Italian producer of a ceramic tile Emilceramica enterprise management system implementation based on Microsoft Dynamics AX is begun. The implemented industry solution under the name AX Tile Solution is developed especially for producers of a ceramic tile by the Italian company 4Dynamic. Directly the Ukrainian company Innoware will be engaged in implementation.

As reported, in the solution, in addition to the Ukrainian localization, all specific requirements concerning production of a ceramic tile are implemented – support of caliber, tone and grade of a tile, accounting of such parameters as a brand and the producer, a collection and color, cold constancy, shock resistance, etc. Specialists of the company of implementation integrated the module into the general system taking into account local requirements.

Future system will cover processes of logistics, inventory, tax, financial and management accounting. Control of compliance of the management reporting to the corporate standard is exercised by representatives of the Italian producer. Besides, the solution will be integrated with the payroll system functioning at the enterprise. Estimated cost of the project is 100,000  euros. Is going to begin operation of a system in January, 2009.

The started project is "pilot" for all group Emilceramica. Further this industry solution, it is going to implement at the plants of this producer in Italy, the USA, China and other countries of the world.
