There was a new version of the eDocLib ECM system

A system allows to manage documents, to manage images of documents (Document Imaging), to manage electronic records (ERM) and data, to manage workflows (Workflow), to manage web content (WCM) and multimedia content (DAM), to manage knowledge (Knowledge Management), to carry out collective work (Collaboration), to use the user portals and search opportunities.

Using this system it is possible to work with any kinds of information, creating required descriptions of data of any complexity. The most important feature of a system is an opportunity to create and change descriptions, to configure a configuration according to the changing requirements independently, without programming.

A system can be used both in the small companies, and in large by the organizations with thousands of jobs. The solution can be used as a ready-made product and also as a development tool of independent applications.

Based on an ECM system the electronic document management system "is developed by eDocLib: Document flow"; the Head's Reception system for automation of work on the organization of contacts of the head and to formation of the actions plan with its participation; corporate digital library of regulating and reference documents; different accounting systems and archive storage.
