From August, 1992 to January of the 2017th Salil Parekh worked in Capgemini IT company in which at the time of leaving headed business on application development in the main markets, such as North America and Britain and also divisions of cloud services and cloud infrastructure. Salil Parekh released Vishal Sikka who resigned in August, 2017 because of the conflict with founders of the company from Infosys post of the head. In particular, it was made by analysts of Nomura and said that uncertainty concerning the management of the company can prevent its long-term growth.
In day when it was announced Salil Parekh's appointment by the new CEO, securities of Infosys rose in price approximately for 4%. Investors positively reacted to arrival to the highest executive position of the veteran of IT market who is well familiar with features of the Indian technology industry and has experience of the leadership in business in the consulting company, the Reuters agency notes.
However the new CEO should maintain good relations with founders and to care for corporate management. I consider that the CEO and founders will show care in the relations with each other — R.K.R.K.
