The former deputy head of administration of Krasnodar Krai since January, 2009. Was the person responsible for informatization of the region.

Was born in 1976 in Alma-Ata the Kazakh SSR; ^[1]

Career

• In 1998 Sochi worked in the tax inspection of the Central district, served in bodies of tax police of the Russian Federation, in the Municipal Department of Internal Affairs of Krasnodar Krai
• Since 2004 - the director of the general questions, the chief financial officer of JSC Olimpiysky-Dagomys Boarding House, later - the Deputy General Manager for Economics and to finance, the director of Balakovo Plant of Fiber Materials LLC, Sochi
• From 2005 to 2008 held a position of the deputy CEO, director of economics and finance of JSC Independent Power Supply Company of Krasnodar Krai, Sochi, the first deputy director of the Sochi Vodokanal Municipal Unitary Enterprise, the CEO of Sochi Vodokanal LLC, Yugvodokanal LLC
• From May, 2008 to January, 2009 - the deputy mayor of Sochi, the head of department of housing and communal services and improvement, the first deputy mayor of Sochi
• From January, 2009 to April, 2012 - the deputy head of administration of Krasnodar Krai.
