Biography

Vladimir Aleksandrovich Akulich was born on August 23, 1956 in the city of Klaipeda of the Lithuanian SSR. In 1978 graduated from the Leningrad electrotechnical institute of communication of the prof. M.A. Bonch-Bruyevich. Candidate of Economic Sciences (Institute of economy and management, SPB, 2003).

There passed the way from the engineer of the Leningrad City Telephone Network (LCTN) to the CEO of the largest operator of fixed connection in the Northwest of Russia – JSC SZT. It is appointed to the position of the Vice president of JSC Rostelecom since December 10, 2010. At the same time Vladimir Akulich will continue to hold a position of the CEO of JSC North-West Telecom before final completion of process of consolidation of this company with JSC Rostelecom.

Was responsible for development in the Northwestern Federal District of the Russian Federation of business of the united company which is created based on JSC Rostelecom by accession to it of interregional companies of communication of the Svyazinvest group.

In the summer of 2013 Vladimir Akulich is appointed the CEO of InterZet group. Key tasks of the CEO of InterZet are optimization of an organization structure of group, consolidation of assets of group of companies in a uniform managerial subject, growth of operational efficiency. Anchunov Dmitry who was earlier exercising operational management of InterZet will focus on development of the commercial block of telecom operator.

In September, 2014 left InterZet company.

  • The certificate of honor of the Ministry of information technologies and communications of the Russian Federation for active participation in preparation of a complex of the international actions with participation of the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications of the Russian Federation (2003),
  • Medal "For a Contribution to Informatization of Society" (2006),
  • Medal of the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland" of the II degree (2007),
  • The diploma of the Governor of Saint Petersburg for early accomplishment of "The program of providing residents of St. Petersburg with telecommunication services for 2005-2007" (2007)
