2023: Sentence - 5 years in prison for fraud during the construction of the Vostochny cosmodrome

At the end of October 2023, the Zamoskvoretsky Court of Moscow sentenced to five years in prison the general director of Respect-SM Alik Aleksanyan and the head of the Baval company affiliated with him, Bagrat Mirzoyan, who was found guilty of large-scale fraud (part 4 of article 159 of the Criminal Code). Mirzoyan was also replaced by an illegal turnover of funds (part 1 of article 187 of the Criminal Code).
