Biography

Was born on January 1, 1956 in the city of Baley of the Chita region.

Education

Graduated from the Novosibirsk electrotechnical institute of communication then served in border troops.

Career

Since 1980 worked at the Novosibirsk institute of project installation works by the engineer. Since 1981 worked in the city of Baley of the Chita region in Technological management of communication, the chief of Baleysky workshop, the chief of the communication hub.

In 1990-2005 worked in Chita as the chief engineer, the first deputy head of the Chita PTUS (the subsequent the name of the enterprise — JSC ElektroSvyaz of the Chita region, JSC Sibirtelecom the Chita branch). In 2005-2008 — the director of the Chita branch of JSC "Sibirtelecom".

In 2008 — 2010 — the Ministry of territorial development of Zabaykalsky Krai, the deputy minister, the head of department of informatization and communication.
