2023: Appointment as CEO of Mostotrest

At the end of August 2023, Mostotrest, which specializes in the construction and reconstruction of road, railway and city bridges, roads and other engineering structures, announced the change of CEO. He was appointed Alexander Skorochkin, who previously worked in the group as CFO. His candidacy was unanimously supported by seven members of the board of directors on August 30, 2023, Mostotrest reported.

1. In connection with the termination (expiration) of the fixed-term employment contract with the General Director of Mostotrest PJSC Poderegin Alexander Nikolaevich on September 2, 2023, to elect Alexander Alexandrovich Skorochkin as the General Director of Mostotrest PJSC from September 3, 2023.

2. Determine the terms of the employment contract with Mostotrest CEO Alexander Alexandrovich Skorochkin in accordance with Appendix 1 to the minutes of the Board of Directors meeting, including the term of office from September 3, 2023 to November 3, 2023. 3. To instruct Vyacheslav Mikhailovich Prikhodko, Chairman of the Board of Directors of PJSC Mostotrest, to sign an employment contract with Alexander Alexandrovich Skorochkin on behalf of PJSC MOSTOTREST, the company said.


Mostotrest appointed Alexander Skorochkin as general director

According to Interfax, Alexander Skorochkin replaced Alexander Poderegin, who headed Mostotrest for two years. Prior to that, he was the director of economics of the Moscow LLC Vodokanalset.

Mostotrest PJSC significantly reduced its activity and financial performance after the reorganization in 2020. The number of employees of the group as a result of the reorganization fell from almost 16 thousand to 274 people by the end of 2022.
