On January 22, 2025, the Simonovsky District Court Moscow of the city found the former shareholder of JSC KB "" Zlatcombank Alexander Rodimov guilty of embezzlement of funds from a credit institution in the amount of over 800 million. rubles He was sentenced to 3 years and 6 months in prison.

The Bank of Russia revoked the license from Zlatcombank in December 2018. Then it was reported that the organization systematically underestimated the amount of accepted credit risk, and was also involved in dubious transit operations and transactions aimed at withdrawing funds abroad and/or cashing them out. It is emphasized that the work of Zlatcombank traced signs of unfair actions of the management to withdraw liquid assets with damage to the interests of creditors and depositors. Information about the operations carried out by the bank, which have signs of committing criminal offenses, was sent to law enforcement agencies.

In December 2018, Interior Ministry officers initiated investigative actions against Rodimov: according to TASS, he was suspected of involvement in fraud in the amount of more than €1.5 million. At the same time, the state corporation "Deposit Insurance Agency" sent a civil lawsuit in the interests of the bank for compensation for property damage. This claim was satisfied in full, and Rodimov was sentenced to prison.[1]
