2023: Appointment as CEO of T-Plus

In mid-April 2023, Alexander Vilesov was appointed the new general director of T-Plus, which merged the electric generating assets of Renova Viktor Vekselberg, as well as gas and utility assets.

Before heading T-Plus, he worked in this company as deputy general director for commerce and development. Vilesov replaced Andrei Wagner, with whom the board of directors of T Plus PJSC decided to terminate the contract ahead of schedule. The contract was supposed to end on December 31, 2025, writes Kommersant

According to the newspaper's sources, the decision to terminate the contract early was unexpected for the management of the energy company, including Andrei Wagner himself.^[1]
